Climbing into a boxing ring is a life changing experience. From the pre fight nerves to the goose bumps and adrenalin rush as the crowd chants your name during the contest. Only on leaving the ring will you realise that you have completed a truly amazing journey.

White Collar Boxing challenges you to be a contender. Swap the safety of your office chair for the thrill and adrenalin rush of the boxing ring.

All of our programmes are based on a professional boxer’s training regime, with some modifications. These are not aerobic or circuit boxing classes. Our philosophy is that in order to get the full benefits of boxing, your training should reflect that of a professional fighter.

This does not mean you will be drinking raw eggs and hitting sides of beef Rocky style! However it does mean that we will hold you to the same standards we expect from a professional fighter.

You will adhere to a regular training schedule, eat intelligently, drink responsibly and live wisely. We hope that you always follow the guidelines and “Fight the Good Fight”!
